This is my second post on forum and would like to introduce myself. Been here 9 months, was renting in Los Olivos but recently bought cave in Benamaurel. Love it. but obviously quite lot of work needed. Read forum regularly, lots of interesting topics.

Hi, Thanks for replying so quick. Re work, We are dependent on solar and water deposit which is VERY expensive, but have some ideas how to rectify this. With regard to house , we have second bathroom and bedroom that needs completely knocked out, bad smell coming from 2nd bathroom. Need carpentry work done as only phase 1 of kitchen completed. Obviously outside needs help but are leaving this till warmer weather. Thanks for any suggestions.

Sounds like you have lots of work to do, but hopefully you will 'get the bad smell sorted in the 2nd Bathroom'. Hope you enjoy living in Benamaurel
