musceteera...we lived in calstock east cornwall known to most as the bastion of cornwall to keep all them emmits away and especially those damn indians on the opposite side of the river...strange folk them,they have funny ways you know especially if someone drops a penny in front of them....what ever you do dont bend over..calstock is about 11 nautico miles up the river from saltash bridge...do you know of the village

flights are cheap from newquay and you can avoid going through Devon now which makes your journey a heck of a lot safer when going up to the smoke.. lol!

Keep up Pedro! Theres been no flights to spain from Newquay for a while now. Ryanair pulled out because of the airport developement con.

Yes I do know Calstock quite well, we used to frequent a pub there which had bar billiards and 53 types of whiskey - Always a good time had by all. Can't remember the name of the pub though.

The name was the Tamar inn ..we had many a happy hour in that one over the years..I was in the rowing club there for 30 years before we came here..vibrant village...

lol! There is a Devonian in the village who self confessed that the flag has only just been made commercial in reponse to the centuries of black and white on the other side of the bridge (mind you this gut did come from Hatherleigh) scarey in its own right lol!

this is killing me to admit this but yes it is new, it was created in 2003 and the colours are, green for the rolling hills, black for dartmoor and exmoor and the white for the crashing waves of the two coastlines we have, one more than the cornish me thinks.
