Leo, now homed :-)
Hi
This handsome boy has turned up at an English home near Jamula/Salazar. He has been taken to the vets today and is not microchipped. He is between 1 and 2 years old and has been neutered. He is a large Mastin type-X. It is possible he has some chow and alsatian in him - I know there was an English person with chow-type pups recently, not sure who or where.
Is he yours and just lost? Or does anyone recognise him as belonging to neighbour or friend?

Re: Leo, now homed :-)
He is gorgeous !!!!!! please keep us informed of how things go. I am tempted to try and twist hubbies arm if this pup needs a permanent home, mind you not sure it will work
Re: Leo, now homed :-)
Isn't he just. Am really tempted myself but we just took in a new one on Monday so our pack dynamics are a little fragile just now.
This gorgeous boy is good with other dogs, and very affectionate and docile apparently.
I'll keep you informed...

Re: Leo, now homed :-)
No news on the boy above, we're still searching for his home. If I have no luck by the weekend I'll be looking for a new home for him.
Neutered male, not micro-chipped
1-2 years old.
Good with other dogs
Gentle, affectionate and obedient.
Quiet and friendly.
Lets you groom and look after him with no fuss.
Described as 'an absolute sweetie'.
And very very handsome!
Anyone interested if his original home can't be found?

Good luck with finding a home for him. I so wish our circumstances were different an we would consider taking another dog. With our pet/housesitting duties we simply can't!
Does he realise how lucky he is to have found you guys??

Ahh, thanks Shiny. Sadly he's not with us but with a lovely lady who is brushing him daily and making him uber-handsome until he finds his new home. You know Shiny I'd have had him at the drop of a hat - he sounds gorgeous, but we've just taken another in and need our lot to find their feet first before we throw someone else in the mix. But the good news is we have a prospective home which sounds wonderful! Just need him to get on with their existing dogs, so fingers crossed. :-)

Leo (El Guapo above) now has a wonderful new home and playmates. I am soooo delighted for them all. And can't wait to see some photos.
Many thanks all.

Re: Leo, now homed :-)
YAY !!!!! Leo is at his furever home - he is such a mild mannered sweetheart, very timid but he will get there. He joins our Husky/GSD X Lyra and our Cocker spaniel Bonnie. Both have taken to him well, considering they are spoilt brats :-) Lyra now has a BIG !!!! playmate which seems to have come as a bit of a shock as he plays just as hard as she does
His foster Mom and Dad has done a brilliant job, as apparently he was in a bit of a state when he came across their house. A bit more of a feed up and he will be as good as new.
Now all I have to do is work out how to add pics and share my handsome boy.
p.s Cave Bunny - I will pm you 2 morrow but publically I would like to thank you for all you have done x

I was looking for a happy crying emoticon but I can't find one, so you'll have to have this instead
I'm so pleased he is settling in so well. What a lucky boy he is to have found you all.
