HELP WANTED WITH A DENUNCIA PLEASE

I was wondering if anyone out there has any experience of taking out a denuncia. For example what's needed by way of ducumentation etc. This is the course of action I have been advised to take by local police in Baza. PM me for more info. Many thanks Spicey.

When we went to the guardia civil all they wanted was the info and details of who we wanted to denounce and why, that is all, they were nice enough too, no need to pay for translators or abagado's.

denuncia very easy. Go to baza, upstairs office on the left. Go in say you want to make a denuncia. He fills in all the details then you sign about 8 copies and thats it, done.

Can anyone advise what a denuncia is and what the consequences are if someone takes one out against you

It is basically a complaint. We have made them and had one made against my husband. If you are robbed or wronged in anyway you have to do this in order to make a claim, insurance etc. My husband had one on him about six years ago, to cut a long story short he wrote on a car windscreen and was denounced and fined 40 euros. But thats not just it he had to pay 6 euros a day until it was paid and the place you pay is miles away.

We are all wondering what he wrote!

He was president of a community and this spanish man kept parking in our car park although he had his own. It was shorter walk for him to take one of our spaces, ray had a number of conversations with him...... He eventually wrote "No Parking" on the windscreen in thick marker pen. The community supported him and paid the fine.
